Player Responsibilities

• All fees due at the clubhouse before your first match.
• $20 due fee for participants of a U12/U14/U16/U18 draw
  • $15 due for a U8/U10 draw.
• Players responsible for checking their schedule on the website and arriving in advance of their match.
• If a player is 15 minutes late for their scheduled match, the match will be forfeit.
• Staff will be collecting scores throughout your matches to keep the live scoring up to date.

Scheduling Notes

• Confirmed schedule to be posted by 10pm the night before the next day of matches.
• Players are responsible for contacting the club or tournament organizers if there are any issues with scheduling.

• U12 Girls Singles
  • Round robin pool play

  • Additional playoff match for all participants

  • Best 2 of 3 sets, standard scoring
  • Regular ball on full court
• U14 Co-ed Doubles, U16 Boys Singles and U18 Boys Doubles
  • Single match
  • Best 2 of 3 sets, standard scoring
  • Regular ball on full court
• U14 and U18 Boys Singles
  • Double elimination bracket
  • Best 2 of 3 sets, standard scoring

Fast4

Sets go to 4 games instead of 6.  Games are decided with no-ad scoring.  If the players get to deuce, the receiving player will decide where to receive serve, and the winner of this point wins the game.

If tied at 3-3, players will play a 5 point tie break.

Lunch and Snacks

Snacks will be provided throughout the tournament.

Lunch will be provided on Saturday at 12 pm.  All players welcome to attend.
